For order confirmation and order edit, when your order involves a photo banner, to print your banner with your photos, you must provide them. The better the quality of the photo, the better the printed banner will be resulting. Again the name, age, event are all required to satisfy your orders.

To edit or cancel order, do provide as much information - such as the order reference created when you placed your order - as you can so that we can put a stop to our processes in a timely manner as well as finding and deleting any uploaded photos.

To edit or cancel your order, we must stress that this is a time critical exercise.

At Flaunt Designs, we welcome any query, enquiries and requests regarding our products and catalogues. We also are most eager to quote for any "one off" or unique for personalised banners and business stationery.
For complaints, we at Flaunt Designs consider that it is most important for achieving total customer satisfaction. Where the customer has a complaint, it will be fully investigated to obtain a fully satisfied resolution of the issues.
